While the origin of Barilla's Pipe Rigate no.91 is unknown, it's believed to have come from Roman gastronomic culture.Its curved tubular shape is similar to that of a snail's shell and is perfect for scooping up all sorts of sauces, from a creamy, butter-based sauce to a homemade Bolognese.

. durum wheat semolina, water.
Usage Instructions
1. Bring water to a fast boil and add salt. We recommend 7g of salt per litre of water. 2. Once boiling, add the pasta to the water and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain well and serve with your favourite Barilla pasta sauce.
Storage Instructions
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days
